This policy covers the Click Doctor website and beta waitlist. It does not cover the ClickDoc product itself, which is governed by the agreements executed with your agency.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and, if you choose to share them, the EHR you use and your clinical role. That’s it. This website does not collect patient information, and you should never submit protected health information (PHI) through it.

How we use it

We use your email to contact you about beta access and product updates. We use EHR and role answers to prioritize which integrations we build first. We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your waitlist information at any time by emailing clickdoc.app@gmail.com. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
