These terms cover your use of the Click Doctor website and beta waitlist. Use of the ClickDoc product itself is governed by the separate agreement executed with your agency, including any Business Associate Agreement.

The website

This site is provided for information and to collect beta waitlist signups. Do not submit protected health information (PHI) through it. Content on this site is provided as-is and may change as the product evolves.

Beta access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access. Beta software is pre-release: it may contain bugs, and features may change or be removed. During beta, ClickDoc is offered free of charge; pricing published on this site describes planned post-beta pricing and may change before launch.

Your responsibilities

Clinicians remain responsible for reviewing, attesting to, and signing all documentation. ClickDoc automates data entry from your inputs — it does not make clinical judgments, and its output must be reviewed before submission.
